ZR-150wa co2 laser power supply
Feature:
1. The 150W CO2 power source ’s control is easy and simple. It adopts high or low level control, the TTL-level control makes laser beam ’s output start and stop quickly.
2. This.5V/PWM CO2 power source uses imported USA,Japan,German,France and Taiwan ’s high quality components for major parts to avoid the error in future and strengthen lifetime. The high voltage CO2 power source can be widely used to drive 2000mm or 1850mm CO2 laser tube.
3.The 5V/PWM CO2 power source has excellent protection function. The 150W CO2 power source has open circuit protection, which make this high voltage CO2 power source has short-term work in the open circuit status which avoid the laser tube burst due to the damage caused by 5V/PWM CO2 power source. In this way it greatly enhancing the 150W CO2 power source ’s service time.
4. The 150W CO2 power source has stable laser output features. Each 5V/PWM CO2 power source has been much more rigorous testing procedures, under full load high temperature (52~55 degrees Celsius) 24 hours of aging to ensure high stability of each high voltage CO2 power source.
5. The 5V/PWM CO2 power source has LCD display module: (optional) .Because of it, it do not need to open the outside case. Operator can simply find ordinary code faults and output current at LCD display screen of 150W CO2 power source and easy remove the trouble. Also the output current can be adjusted by potentiometer on the LCD module
6.This high voltage CO2 power source uses ordinary H/L/P/G/IN/5V ports to accept laser power ’s control signal and galvanized steel case.
7.The high voltage CO2 power source has the protection switch. Laser power control is simple, it can use 0-5V analog signal or PWM (pulse width modulation) signal to adjust and control laser power ’s output.
8. This 5V/PWM CO2 power source ’s main advantage is high frequency,quick response speed, less volume, less weight, easy operation with complete protecting function.

ZR-150WD LASER POWER SUPPLIES
1.This high voltage laser psu box terminal control is simple and adapted to high and low level signals. TTL level can be used to control the start and stop of laser power. At the same time, an abnormal protection switch was added to detect if the external water is ventilated or not.
2.This external potentiometer laser psu box selects H/L/P/G/IN/5V green terminal board to accept laser control signal and it has aluminum upper cover and base, galvanized sheet shell..
3.The analog signals of 0 to 5V or PWM signals can be selected for controlling and regulating this external potentiometer laser psu box's output laser power.
4.This external potentiometer laser psu box can adopts external LCD digital display module by network cable,which can show constant current of 150w laser psu box's working current,working statues and failure code. It is very good function for both machine factory and machine users
5.The 150w laser psu box adopts two PCS fans for cooling. It use two Taiwan ’s bearing which make the fas run for very long time.
6..This high voltage laser psu box has good grounding protection: It can provide very safe protection for operators
7.With open circuit protection, the external potentiometer laser psu box can work in an open-circuit state for a short time, which can avoid the damage of the 150w laser psu box caused by the bursting of the laser tube.
8.This 150w laser psu box has high efficiency and quick response with its zero current half bridge soft switching circuit. Thus it is easy to cooperate with most brand 150W co2 laser tube.
